HIIT Burn: HIIT is a 45 minute workout that incorporates the benefits of Interval Training. HIIT Cardio is based more on movements to get the heart racing and calories burning! The intensity is normally very high but can be adjusted for the individual.
HIIT Smash: HIIT is a 45 minute workout that incorporates the benefits of Interval Training. HIIT Smash is based more on resistance movements to get the body stronger whilst keeping the heart racing! The intensity is normally very high but can be adjusted for the individual.
HIIT Challenge: HIIT Challenge incorporates the principles of High Intensity Interval Training but has no set time limit – once you’re done, you’re done. There will be a set Challenge each month for you to try and conquer. Challenge yourself or challenge your friends!
Body Sculpt: A weights based circuit that focuses on the finer parts of the body including Arms, Abs, Butt and Thighs! Great for Toning!
Walk 2 School: Changez and JPC have started a Free Community Program to try and increase the activity levels of our children and parents. Walk 2 School starts at Changez Daisy Hill and finishes at John Paul College school grounds. A return walk to Changez can be followed by a workout for members.
Run Fit: A dedicated Running Group led by Kate Barnes. Kate is an experienced runner and regularly competes as a Seeded Runner in events from 5km to 42km. As an Exercise Physiologist she can prepare safe training programs to improve your running times, efficiency or just motivation!
5am Club: A Weights based program that’s only for the dedicated! Consistency is the key and having a group to train with increases your accountability. Male and Female clubs available
