HL CIRCUIT

A low to middle intensity class combining multiple stations completed in a circuit format. Group PT is adapted by your trainer for the group's needs. Availalable to Weight Loss Club and Healthy Lifestyle Club.

CHANGEZ FITBOX

Using boxing exercises to increase your fitness. For the beginner or advanced fighter. FITBOX is a fun and effective way to get fit.
