If you want to achieve your goals in the quickest, safest and most effective way possible then our one on one personal fitness sessions are for you!

Take your journey under the supervision of the finest trainers with the confidence that you are receiving the best advice, the strongest motivation and the most effective programs available.

Personal fitness sessions can be an effective Time-Saver 30 minute workout tailored to your needs or you can test yourself by taking the Complete Workout that lasts for a full hour.

Diabeies Exercise Intervention Program

(DEIP)

This program is free for Type 2 Diabetics. The program runs for 8 consective weeks and includes, initial consultation, 8 weekly group sessions and up to 4 one on one personal fitness sessions.

Learn how to manage you diabetes in regards to what exercise or training you can do.  Share your victories and problems in a supportive group environment with people just like you.
